So I’m not one to cook or bake. I love eating, but I’d really rather food just appear than actually make anything. Alas, I finally made something…this month. Last month I did make a dinner, surprise surprise.
I found this on Facebook, and because it’s so easy, and so absolutely delicious, I am going to share it here.
Reese’s Peanut Butter No Bake Bars
1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (I used a total of 9)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (11oz) bag of milk chocolate chips (my bag was 12oz)
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9×13 pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (I did 3 minutes). Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate over mixture with a spatula (I just used the spoon I was using to scrap the chocolate out of the bowl).
- Put bars in fridge for one hour to set. Cut once bars have cooled.
They were soo good. Now go make them, and enjoy!
