What was the last new thing you tried?
Not very exciting, and actually disgusting: plain yogurt.
See, I love smoothies, and I like yogurt. So I buy fresh fruit, and yogurt. Well, to be “healthy”, I bought plain yogurt to go in my smoothies. I made the mistake of tasting it before blending it with the fruit, and goodness, yuck!
But mixed in with bananas and blueberries, it was fine. And actually my smoothie was delicious! I don’t add sugar, although I’d love to. Sometimes I add strawberries and kiwi, too. Today’s smoothie will be strawberries and banana. Yum!
And I definitely will not be eating that plain yogurt by itself.
