Quick side note

I completed one round (four weeks) of Sore to the Core by Alexa Jean Fitness today!!

(I also did legs/butt and upper body, but instead of the whole amount each day, I cut it down.)

I feel pretty accomplished and happy. I’ll take my “progress” picture later. I wasn’t eating right so I think most the progress is in building my core strength, and the definition will come later.

I will be starting over again Monday. This mama gonna be in shape!
