My New Favorite Snack

Maybe it’s the breastfeeding, actually it probably is, but all I want to do is eat. Most of my day is spent thinking about eating. I literally have not been able to get full in over a month. It’s crazy. And kind of annoying. I bought a box of swiss roll cakes, I think it had six wrapped two-packs. I shared two packs and ate the rest…almost in an entire sitting. Thankfully, my weight is still the same before baby.

Speaking of which, I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight within 3 weeks of giving birth. Oh to be young, and to have a high metabolism. And skinny genes.

Anyway. My new favorite snack: Graham crackers dipped in Nutella. Delicious!



Reese’s Peanut Butter No Bake Bars

So I’m not one to cook or bake. I love eating, but I’d really rather food just appear than actually make anything. Alas, I finally made something…this month. Last month I did make a dinner, surprise surprise.

I found this on Facebook, and because it’s so easy, and so absolutely delicious, I am going to share it here.

Reese’s Peanut Butter No Bake Bars


1 cup butter (melted)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (I used a total of 9)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 (11oz) bag of milk chocolate chips (my bag was 12oz)


  1. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium sized bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour peanut butter mixture into a 9×13 pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (I did 3 minutes). Stir chocolate and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate over mixture with a spatula (I just used the spoon I was using to scrap the chocolate out of the bowl).
  4. Put bars in fridge for one hour to set. Cut once bars have cooled.

They were soo good. Now go make them, and enjoy!
